The new released A11+ Plus 11 Inches (Model: SM-X238U X230 X236 X235 X238) with the reverse layout compared to the A9+/ A9 Plus 11 Inches (Model: SM-X210  X216 X218 X215) 

All buttons on new and old device work perfectly with the case correctly installed and pressed.

Both devices are the same size and exactly the same in almost everything. 
The A9 Plus 11 Inches (Model: SM-X210  X216 X218 X215) has the power button on top the volume buttons while the A11+ Plus 11 Inches (Model: SM-X238U X230 X236 X235 X238) is the other way around. They played safe with the side buttons. 

It wasn't cut like the others but instead raised buttons which could be for both models. As seen on the picture, the middle button is slightly longer so it still touches the volume up button for A11+ Plus 11 Inches (Model: SM-X238U X230 X236 X235 X238) and would reach the volume down button for A9 Plus 11 Inches (Model: SM-X210  X216 X218 X215)
